Total Investment - 9000.
12:30pm Dana + second shooter arrive at girls getting ready location to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
1:45pm Second shooter meets the groom to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
2pm Bride gets into her gown
2:30pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits near clubhouse
3pm Everyone heads out to Avenue of Oaks for photos
3:15pm Bride + groom portraits at Avenue of Oaks
3:25pm Wedding party + family formals at Avenue of Oaks
3:45pm Everyone heads back to Belfair Clubhouse
4pm Everyone tucked away; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony + reception details at this time
5pm Ceremony
5:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph lingering family photos + reception details at this time
6:15pm Optional sunset photos (sunset 7:03pm)
6:30pm Reception begins
11pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline (above) that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please email me to let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
